Fatal Accident on Sutton Ave.
On March 2, 2017 at approximately 1:39pm Oxford Fire-EMS was dispatched to a single car accident near 300 Sutton Ave. Crews arrived on scene to find a tree on top of a passenger car.
The single occupant of the passenger car was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported. The Oxford Police Department along with the CEMLEC Reconstruction Team are investigating the accident. Sutton Ave. will be closed in the area of 300 Sutton Ave for approximately four hours while police investigate and clear the scene.
